On the morning of December 30, the foundation stone laying ceremony of the veterinary inactivated vaccine project of PRECCO (Nanjing) Bioengineering Co. Mr. Shi Yong, Director of the Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine, Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Mr. Cui Jisheng, Deputy Director of the Management Committee of Jiangning Development Zone, and other key leaders attended the ceremony, while Mr. Qin Dechao, Vice Chairman of Pulike, Mr. Hu Wei, General Manager of Pulike, and all middle and senior leaders of Pulike (Nanjing) attended the event and laid the foundation stone for the project.
About 120 representatives from Nanjing staff, general contracting units, supervision units, design units and other project-related units participated in the event. The foundation stone laying ceremony was presided over by Mr. Lu Shifu, General Manager of Pulike (Nanjing).
General Manager Hu delivered a speech on behalf of the organiser, expressing his heartfelt thanks to the Bureau of Animal Husbandry and Veterinary Medicine of the Jiangsu Provincial Department of Agriculture and Rural Affairs, Jiangning Development Zone and the Airport Management Committee for their support, and extending a warm welcome to the friends and partners from all walks of life who came to the event.
General Manager Hu said that in 2021, the project experienced difficulties such as epidemic outbreak, project stagnation, lack of manpower and lack of experience, but with the support and assistance of provincial and district leaders, leaders of the joint-stock company and all colleagues, the project successfully completed the pre-construction procedures and achieved the goal of acquiring land and starting construction in the same year.
In 2022, the company will concentrate on planning the construction of the new project, and add glory to the city of Nanjing with a high quality project completion level.
